Reader's Theatre
The Barre Players are pleased to announce the third
in a new series of Play Readings:
To Be Announced Soon!
These readings are unstaged read-throughs of plays we do not expect to produce on the main stage for a variety of reasons, but which we feel offer something to the actors and audience. The Reader's Theatre is chaired by David Henshaw. The performers will have scripts in front of them and may have a suggestion of a costume.
Plays will be presented in the lower floor of the theater in an informal setting. Attendees will be invited to walk down the theatre driveway and enter by the side door, thus having only four steps to navigate before finding a seat. Refreshments will be available, cost for the performance is a mere $5 a person, and reservations made be made by calling 978-355-2096 or 1-800-733-2096.
